Change your booking online

Consult the booking that you have already purchased. You can review all details at any time, or make any changes that you require. Just input the booking confirmation code that was sent to you by e-mail, or that was given to you by our Ticket Offices/Call Centre, with (for security and privacy reasons) the number of the credit card used for payment.
We remind you that if you purchased:
- a Full Fare, you can make changes in time and date of departure without any surcharges, up to three hours before departure time;
- a Special or Promotional Fare, you can change the date and time of your flight up to 3 hours before departure time, on payment of a 25 euro charge per passenger and per journey leg (with a saving of 5 euro when compared to the charge paid for a change made via Call Centre and Airport Ticket Offices; the Ticket Offices can make changes up to 1 hour before departure) plus any difference between the price originally paid and the lowest fare available at the time the change is requested.
A change to a passenger name can only be made by contacting the CALL CENTER or BY CONTACTING THE VOLAREWEB.COM TICKET OFFICES.CHANGE YOUR BOOKING ONLINE
