Volareweb will adopt a new baggage policy for passengers who book their flight starting from June 10th, in order to speed up check-in operations and to improve airport assistance services. We are the latest low-cost company matched to new standards and we are even more competitive!

Which advantages will the new policy bring to luggage transportation?

1. Improved service, thanks to the speeding up of check-in operations
2. Free transportation of your hand baggage and extra fee applied only to luggage carried in the aircraft hold.
3. Increase of the hand baggage allowance up to 8 kg.
4. You’ll save money if the baggage extra fee is paid online or through our call center, compared to direct purchase at the airport.
5. The lowest rates are granted to those passengers not asking for supplementary services.

What does the new baggage policy effective for flights booked from June 10th provide for?
In order to meet your needs, we have increased the hand baggage allowance! You’ll be allowed to normally carry one piece of baggage with you up to 8 kg not exceeding 55 x 40 x20 cm in size!
Those passengers willing to carry their luggage in the aircraft hold will be charged of an extra fee.
Volareweb recommends you to book directly through our website www.volareweb.com to profit from the reduced rate of € 8 for each checked luggage. The same price will be applied also if you book through Call Center. If you directly book at the airport, you’ll be charged of € 16 for each luggage carried in the aircraft hold, excluded are all the commissions applied by ticket counters.
The checked luggage must not exceed 20 kg in weight for a maximum of 3 pieces of baggage. Checked baggage above 20 kg will be charged at the rate of 8 Euro per kg. The maximum allowed weight for each luggage is 32 kg in total or the luggage will not be accepted, the total weight of checked luggage shall not exceed 50 kg in all.

Starting from June 10th, save up money by on line direct booking of new services, which were available in the past only by contacting our Call Center.
While booking your flight, with a few and easy clicks you’ll be able to check availability and to pay for your pet or for your sport equipment transport (bicycle, golf equipment, ski equipment, diving, surfboards & kitesurf boards, windsurfing equipment). And buying the chance to carry sports facilities, your free allowance of luggage is raised up to kg 32.
